The Gravel Doctor

I'm very happy with the work Chris, The Gravel Doctor, did repairing my driveway and putting down reclaimed asphalt. When he came do do my estimate, it was clear he knew what he was talking about, and after comparing his work and prices with a couple other estimates, he won the job hands down. It took his crew half a day to complete the job, and through the entire process, I found him to be very professional. He ended up having to use an additional load beyond the quote he gave me, but kept to the original estimated price. I've recommended his company to several of my friends, and would gladly recommend him to anyone who asks.

This gentleman was very professional and did an outstanding job repairing our driveway and very large pad area in front of our three car garage. He brought in a considerable amount of material to build up the driveway where it had a tendency to wash away. It will be 4 years this summer and we have had no complaints with the work he did and would definitely hire him again when and if needed. He explained the process clearly and completed the job as stated.  I can't remember the cost but considering all that was involved we felt at the time that his pricing was very fair.

He was solo in the entire job and was punctual and pleasant. However, when I called to say that we were seeing weeds over the entire driveway and puddling from the rain, he suggested the use of a weed killer. He wouldn't add another layer of gravel that would have cured both concerns.

It went well. He brought in one load of gravel and dumped it where it was to be. No problems.

I was satisfied with everything they did, there was nothing I ever had to call them back for.

He did an excellent job.

They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, and finished in 2 days, which I felt was necessary for such a large job. I would definitely use them again. BTW, reclaimed asphalt is a great surface for a rural driveway. It stays where put, unlike gravel, forming a semi-hard surface after a few weeks.
