She came up and obviously reviewed the property.  She gave us an appraisal.  She listed it, shown it and brought us multiple offers.  Some of which worked out, some eventually worked out and some did not work out, none of her doing like financial or whatever.  I only sold through her,  I did not purchase through her and the cost for it was just the standard commission.  The big thing about her is that if you call she will call you right back.  Her friendliness, her demeanor, she was up front and she would tell you and her honesty probably is the biggest thing, that was something we were looking for in a Realtor.  I will use her again.
