We paid customary real estate fees which are just entirely in line with what one customer pay for these things. Jay and Lisa worked as a team but there were couple of times when my wife had a lot more expeditious communication with Lisa than she did with Jay. There were times that communication with Jay was delayed that left my wife anxious where we are at things. I would use them in the future and recommend them to others.
