The office and garage staff were very polite and professional. The technician explained and showed me what he would do and the expected results before he did any work. If  I have anymore windshield issues I would take my car there again. My insurance covered the cost of the repairs.

My front windshield had two gravel hits on it.  I am new to the area and randomly called this company, mainly because it was closest to my house. I lucked out in that my insurance covered the entire cost (which Portland Glass informed me of) and didn't have to pay for a thing. They were very professional on the phone and in person. They gave me great directions on how to get there, the waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the technician showed me what he was going to do before he started the work. Afterwards he went over the repair with me. I am very please with them. I am bound to get another gravel hit and will definitely go back to Portland Glass.
