I have never had any problems getting great service there. I went there for several years and there seemed to be frequent staff turnovers though. I don't go there now for oil changes as I have a contract with a dealer.

Technician brought air filter and cabin filter to me and showed me why they should be replaced. I opted to have him replace the cabin filter for $40. I had purchased an air filter a few weeks previously, and had a friend install that for me. Staff at Mr Quicks is always very courteous.
