They came late summer for the estimate.   I called them back to follow-up with the estimate. They never called me back.  They were supposed to contact me for an appointment .  They never called me back for that.  I am getting the back-up generator from a different company.   The one meeting we had with the guy was very professional, but he never followed-up.

I called to get a price on 48 bulk of 16" on center insulation and they could not give a straight answer on if a discount would apply and what the discount may be for an order over $2500. I was hung up on twice by their rude contractors desk before I even got an guesstimate on a specific product, brand, r-value, and quantity. They were also already 15% higher then local competition. Too bad my project is going to need around $12000 in materials, but what's the point if you can't get a straight answer on a specific produce and quantity. They also want a fee for delivery of large orders of $65. Other business selling the same products/brand deliver the product as part of the order. It's a nickel and dime you operation- very sad.

I needed a new roof because my 25 year IKO shingle were defective and IKO will not fund the repair.  Don't buy IKO.
 I had HD estimate the cost to replace my 38 square roof.  The person estimated 23 thousand dollars.  That's more than 600 a square.  Materials for my project are valued at 6400.  That nearly 16K for labor 
Outrageous!  
The roofer I chose quoted me 12K and use the exact same product as a matter of fact he buys them from HD
