Gil has done work on all of our vehicles for 6+ years and always does a thorough job for a very fair price. Once my son brought over an Xterra and the driver's side power window didn't work. We thought the window regulator motor was bad. Gil took a look at it and found that it just needed to be plugged in and it worked just fine and he didn't charge us for finding the problem! Most shops would have charged at least 1 hour labor for diagnosing the problem.
In my experience, he treats the car like it was his own, replaces only what needs to be to keep the vehicle safe and reliable and not a thing more.
