Right now he owes mw $648.54 between the door and all the court costs, and I am going to keep trying to collct somehow.
I have about 30 emails between him and my business and he feels he owes me nothing.
When the sheriff tried to serve him at the 1670 Broadway Bangor address it was found to be a storage locker. Somehow they found him in Brewer and served him there. He is very sharp at avoiding people and uses a PO box as an address. After much hunting around I found the Broadway address that I originally tried to serve at.
This guy is a real wise a** and should not be out there putting it to people and hiding behind addresses and PO box #.
EXAMPLE: When he came to install the first door he conviently "forgot" the overhead tracks so I had to buy new ones that he "conviently " had with him. Like I say he is no good scum and should not be in business.
The decorative kits were not in the boxes. We called him and he said he'd order them and have them shipped to our house. We waited and nothing came. We called again, he said he forgot to order them but would do so. We waited and called again and he said he had them shipped to himself instead of to us and they were damaged so he'd re-order them. We have called numerous times since then, always having to leave a message as he does not pick up the phone. The first couple of times he called us back, after that he never calls back. We left messages to just forget the hardware and send us a refund on the missing decorative hardware packages. No reply.
He never answers either his business phone or home phone. This has been going on since 1/22/2014. He stopped returning calls after the 3rd or 4th inquiry on our part. Uncle Henry's Swap & Sell It Guide still runs his ads.
Ironically his business is called Dependable Door Services!
