Very customer service friendly. There are two waiting areas, one with WiFi and is a quiet zone. Magazines available. Another with TV., magazines. Coffee/ tea station. Shuttle bus to take you to mall or cinema or restaurant. Pick up when you request. Car ready on time, and full details of work done provided.. Very very efficient, friendly and polite. Highly recommended. We have a Honda.

We always take our '06 Honda Ridgeline to Darlings, the dealer who sold it to us for service. We probably pay a little more, but we have found them to be very thorough and trustworthy. The waiting area is nice, the ability to get a ride if we need one, to the Mall or even to the dentist and back is great. The loaned us a car at no cost one time when the repair was going to take longer than expected. We are very satisfied with them.
