BANGOR CAR CARE

The car was overpriced (I knew that before purchase, my own fault). My main complaint is customer service. I purchased a car from them. They needed to photocopy a series of paper work. I had everything on hand and appropriate material was (presumably) photocopied at the time of purchase. 
    The following day they called and asked me to bring by proof of income so they could photocopy it for their records (proof of income was available for them to photocopy upon purchase of the car). So I drove to their office (100 miles round trip from my home) to bring them once again, all of the paperwork they would need to photocopy. The following day they called me again, they asked me again to bring them proof of income. I happened to be at the funeral of a close family member in the middle of a snowstorm on this day. When I explained this to the lady on the phone (also offered to bring proof the following day) she became very rude and obscene saying, "Poor baby at a funeral" in a mocking voice. Profanity was also used.
Also, when the car was purchased it had no radio at all. I spoke in person to Glen (the owner) and told him that if I were to purchase this car it needed a radio. He told me that was not a problem, bring the car in later in the week, a radio would be put in. So, I foolishly purchased the car. When I brought the car I spoke to the owner again, he told me to my face that he never spoke with me.
I was absolutely appalled at the way I was treated, as well as the way I saw other customers being treated.
