Puppy Love Inc

We had been looking for a new puppy since my pet had died in late March.  Had just about given up on finding a new pup when I found these folks.  Found unrealistic expectations such as "meet and greets" and house visits - limited to urban distances from shelters (we live in the country and thus were "ineligible" to adopt within state of NH!!  Had just about given up and found these folks.  Most reasonable and friendly.  Folks to actually talk to - both in Maine at the pickup point, and the foster care in Louisiana.  Although not a facility based program, much more professional than similar we had contacted.  Some of the others did not give us the confidence that we were really dealing with a true rescue.  No doubt with these folks - didn't ask for a deposit up front, or anything of the like.  A realistic pre-adoption questionnaire - relevant and actually enjoyable to fill out.  They DID check our references; show's how professional and concerned they really are.   We were anxious to meet our new puppy, only thing we wished they had done was post updates on website as well as facebook on the trip up (we don't have facebook).  Puppy has been wonderful addition ... glad we found these folks and would recommend to anyone and hope they are still around when we need our next pup!
