Mixed: The good: Muffler was fixed as quoted. Window was fixed as quoted. Bearing replaced as quoted. The bad: During the window track repair, they said it was easy and just replaced one bolt yet charged me for an hour, they somehow broke, shorted out, or otherwise damaged the lock actuator. Now car will not lock. When confronted they insisted it was like that...it was not! After listening to a concerning rattle when my kid (primary user) pulled out of the driveway after a week I pulled the rear wheel to see what I could find. Frankly I was expecting the wheel bearing to have not been done given my confrontation on the door lock assembly. To my surprise, I found another customer's wheel stud bolt wedged in the brake shoe/drum assembly. It fell on the ground as I took off the drum. This is like leaving a sponge in a patient. Thank God my kid did not get hurt. I will never return. I will tell every friend, colleague, and associate of my horrid experience. Adding insult to injury, both shock/strut boots have been completely torn...looks recent as there is little to no dirt on the piston. Coincidence ? Perhaps, but it is an old car...
