They did attempt to call me on my HOME PHONE after I had left for work and after this review had been placed on Angie's List..  The number on the invoice to reach me at was my cell phone and they never called that once.  Today I happened to be home when they called at 9:39A.  I advised that I was all set and would not use this service again.  Little too late!

They didn't just sale a washer to me but also educated me on why and what happened to my old one so I don't to it again! Friendly - Knowledgeable - with out the pressure or wasting their time.... I so am going back....

Of course, he knew exactly what he was doing,  and after the 'technical
assistance' free  service worked, we did not need their on-site service.  
However, when we do in the future - you can bet Steve's will get our
business!

My dishwasher was acting up.  I called for service and described the problems.  The service manager diagnosed the problem over the phone and tracked down the parts for my no longer being made dishwasher.  There was one home visit to install the parts and now working.

When our refrigerator stopped cooling, and we realized something serious was wrong, my husband stopped by Steve's to ask if they knew what it might be. Serviceman came right to our home that very morning to assess. Ended up being the compressor. They had to transport fridge to their workshop to fix it, and were very concerned about the inconvenience this would cause to us. They even offered to bring a temporary replacement, which would've been a big hassle for them. The work ended up being warrantied, and they worked directly with GE on my behalf. Highly recommend these guys! They're very pleasant to deal with, and extremely customer service oriented!

A great company to buy products from and the service is outstanding.  They have appliances and furniture.  They're customer friendly and quick to respond.  They're also very helpful and trusting.
