TERRIBLE FROM DAY ONE. FIRST FOOTINGS WERE NOT POURED BELOW THE FROST LINE   THEN THE FOOTINGS WERE NOT CALCULATED PROPERLY, WHICH CAUSED THE POST TO HANG OFF THE FOOTINGS, ONE ONE POST WE COMPLAINED SO MUCH THAT THE COMPANY ADDED MORE CONCRETE AROUND THE FOOTING HOMEOWNER OFFERED TO HIRE A MACHINE, HOWEVER COMPANY REFUSED. FACER BOARD ON THE HOUSE WAS INSTALLED IN TWO PIECES WITH LARGE GAP VS A ONE PIECE (NOT UP TO CODE) DECK WAS OUT OF SQUARE CAUSING BUILDER TO KEEP RE-ADJUSTING POST CUT TO SHORT FOUR TIMES DECKING HAD TO BE UNINSTALLED SEVERAL TIMES IN ORDER TO COMPENSATE FOR MISTAKES MADE DURING THE FRAMING PROCESS AT ONE POINT IN THE PROCESS COMPANY CHIPPED AWAY THE FRAME  WITH A HAMMER AND CHISEL TO TRY AND MAKE THE DECK LAY DOWN THEN ADDED 2X4 WHERE STRUCTURE WAS CHISELED TO HIDE FROM HOME OWNER WHEN CONCRETE WAS POURED FOR THE STEPS THE CONCRETE WAS NOT POURED SQUARED SO THE CONCRETE IS NOT LINED UP WITH THE STAIRS COMPANY HACKED THE TRIM ON THE HOUSE IN TWO DIFFERENT AREAS AND DID NOT REPLACE, HOME OWNERS WILL HAVE TO REPLACE.
