We used this company after my sister-in-law used them for the same thing (septic inspection prior to home purchase. This company is THE only one I will ever recommend. Unlike many septic installers that give the once over without going below ground Pat Jacksons crew bring in a truck with water, open up the holding tank, and dig up spots in the leech field to watch the progression of water through the system. VERY detailed inspection and uncovered several flaws that the sellers had to replace prior to closing. The BEST $$ I ever spent because it saved us several THOUSAND dollars worth of repairs.
I was surprised that they would come up from Augusta to do the inspection 1hr away but they did and supposedly go statewide.
