Mattress Firm

Mattress Firm stocks and sells a good selection of name-brand mattresses - Serta, Sealy, Tempurpedic, Beautyrest, etc. Sales staff helped as much as they could, but selecting a mattress is a hard thing to do. We liked the fact that we could choose a new bed if the first one proved unsatisfactory provided we did it within 100 days. Mattress Firm requires that customers sleep on their beds for a minimum of 30 days before making a change which is reasonable. It turned out that our first choice did not work out and Mattress Firm lived up to their promise. They helped us choose another bed and allowed us to swap out the previous one for the cost of pick-up plus the difference in bed cost. The store in Augusta, Maine, is clean, well lit and inviting. Sales staff is attentive and helpful. I like a place that does what is says it will.
