Estabrook Builders

The first contractor I hired was clearly unable to do the work, and I consider myself lucky to have been able to hire estabrook builders to come in and fix the problems and finish the job. They knew what to do and how to do it, and had all the tools and equipment needed. They were able to come in at the last minute and take over the work without being supervised, and the work was done with confidence, skill, and consideration for my situation. They showed up when expected, sometimes early (shocking!), they worked odd hours and days which was a great bonus for me after the first contractor failed, and they finished what they started. They never left any mess, and they were able to make suggestions about finishes, trim, and little details. Sean is a stickler for details. He has a good crew, and all were workers. I had a dumpster that was filled to capacity and hauled off before all the work was completed, and they were able to haul the extras off once the work was completed. The extra care they took with clean-up was noticeable, and appreciated. I feel I got a very fair deal for excellent skilled workmanship. They all take great pride in what they do. I highly recommend this company.
