Problem was not well recognized by techs. I tried and tried to get them to understand the situation but as it turned out they only got the ide when they contacted Ford Dealer Support -- then we got some reasonable action. But what really, really, really bothers me is that THEY ADVERTISE ON THE RUSH LIMBAUGH Show on WGAN. I cannot in good conscience give my business that is unable to recognize the unpatriotic, anti-woman and generally angry positions of this sad excuse for an American. I'll take my business to other Ford Dealers that do give ad dollars to Rush Limbaugh ... and feel esp. good about it.I notified the Service Manager of my distaste for their support of the Rush Limbaugh Show and they expressed no interest in my opinion. Take your business elsewhere and make a statement.
