the office is down the street, that's a huge plus, staff is always friendly, dr. sanders is awesome! very down to earth and honest, prizing is reasonable - definitely better than what we were paying before through a different vet. i trust dr. sanders completely in her assessments for our mini schnauzer.

The vet went out of her way to get to know both of my cats before their actual physical exam. She also offered explanations all the way through the exam to educate me. Unfortunately I moved away from the area, wish I could bring this vet with me!

I don't go there anymore because their prices are astronomical. They have a female doctor there, Doctor Sanders or Saunders incredibly, she talks down to you and does not explain anything to you. Well not under any circumstances, does she go the extra mile for you and does not offer any discount for multiple animals. You know, at the time we had four dogs and when I went in I had to pay in office visit of $ 45 for each one of my animals, just a walk-through the door and I do not know a single other vet that does that. If you bring in two dogs at the same time it is one office visit or maybe one office visit with an extra 10 bucks attached to it. She is very close to where I live and it is oftentimes much more convenient for me to pick up a prescription for one of my dogs and she has the prescription on file there, where as my veterinarian is much further away so basically it is just a dispensary; she won't do that. When she did that the first time she charged me like $ 12000 more than it would have cost to buy them because of veterinary fee. They have a tech there named Jodie, he does not have a clue of what he is doing and had caused a death of a cat, yeah it's not just a good place to go. I think she has taken on a partner Doctor Bennett from what I understand, but I don't know about him I just know about Doctor Sanders or Saunders. And she bought the practice from another doctor that we were already established with and their prices went up by half. The office waiting room is incredibly small, there is not enough room to keep dogs there. You bring in on a leash separate from somebody else dog on a leash. It is a very nice office but smells awful and it needs cleaning. The staff are somewhat unfriendly. I have not been there probably for a year and a half or two years. And when you already have the dog down, I know she charges like $ 200 to take off a Duke. When you have the dog already under anaesthesia you do not charge that same amount again because those are for, the $ 200 include tools that she uses in the anaesthesia and so you would not charge all of that all over again but she did so.

We selected Taylor Brook Animal Hospital on the basis of its website and a visit to the facility to schedule a wellness visit for two small rescue dogs coming in from Texas. Our positive impression was undiminished upon meeting Dr. Sanders and her staff, the caring and respect they showed to us and our new family members. Dr. Sanders took the time to get acquainted with us, and to learn what was important to us for our pets' health and well being. She reviewed and explained the medical histories that came with the dogs, reviewed our options for their ongoing care (food, preventatives, etc.) in their new setting. We left the clinic with very positive feelings about our choice and the care our pets received.
On Friday of the same week, one of the pups became ill with diarrhea. The hospital squeezed us in within an hour for an emergent appointment with Dr. Binette. He, too, demonstrated compassion and caring for us and our puppy. A treatment plan was implemented and the puppy improved over the weekend. The hospital called us on Monday to see how he was faring.
We could not have asked for more responsive or better care.
I would not hesitate to recommend Taylor Brook Animal Hospital to anyone seeking high quality and compassionate care for their pets. The cost noted in this review covered both visits, and we feel their fees are very reasonable.

They get 5 stars from me. We have been taking our cats there for the last 7 years. They are professional and compassionate; that's pretty much what you want in a vet. I will use them again in the future.
