I have been pleased with their services. The head of the service department is wonderful. The mechanics do a great job. They are happy to give you a ride to where you need while they work on the vehicle. It is easy to get my vehicle into them as well.

The electrical problem was resolved.
The radio was sent for repair. After a few weeks I was told the parts we not available but they were still looking. After six weeks I purchased a radio on e-bay. A few days later I received a call from the Rowe service department and was told my radio was in. Now I have a problem with the dealer for not returning calls. Still nothing has been resolved.
The interior detail was terrible and many stains remain in the upholstery. Still nothing has been resolved.

My car is still under the warranty. So, it goes back to their garage. I did not pay any money as it was still under the warranty which was nice as it was upfront. It is decently new and there isn't much that is usually wrong with it. I purchased my car from them two years ago. I am very satisfied with whatever they have done for me. If I have a question about something they note it down and they usually make sure that somebody always listens to whatever it is that I am concerned about. They have a good service and it does not take long to get an appointment or to get in there. They also have the shuttle service that takes you somewhere to shop or whatever while you are waiting. I would like to grade them the highest. Their price is not bad either.
