LOWE'S

Complete kitchen redo. Lowe's helped us plan, design and construct the kitchen redo. They provided excellent contractors, were extremely attentive to our needs, superresponsive to our questions. They delivered as promised. No complaints whatsoever

The salesperson was very helpful at Lowe's - and gave me multiple options. The installer contacted me promptly - came to look at the job and gave me a lot of helpful suggestions. Installers arrived this am on time - worked steadily and professionally - cleaned up - did a great job. Absolutely no complaints. I do however think I might have been able to get a better price from a private contractor - for me this is the easiest route and I am very satisfied.

They came out to install them for me and they were fine.

See above for story from start to finish. What I had done: 11 custom made doors, painted at the factory, with application of new door knobs 1 outside steel door, application of bolt lock.

From my first contact with Lowe's, they were professional in every aspect of our dealings. I wanted to get 2 other estimates before signing a contract, and they did not pressure me in any way during the wait. Surprisingly, all the estimates were within several hundred dollars of each other. I like the Pella windows offered at Lowe's, felt very comfortable with the installer who came out to look at the job, and he was willing to do it on my schedule so I wouldn't have to miss much work. He was prompt, explained everything to me, was professional, cleaned up after himself, and did a wonderful job. I have some touch up painting to do as he had to take off the window moldings to insert the windows, but I expected that.I have more interior work to be done (replace inside doors), and Lowe's will be my first stop for this job.
