 + 1 moreHe was very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Everything was done on time. The estimate was very accurate so the final cost was definitely in the range of the estimate. He was very easy to get in touch with. The people he brought with him such as the subs for electrical and plumbing were all of the same caliber. We are using him for the third time so he is obviously someone that we would recommend. He is a young man that has been in the building business for about 5 years. He was previously in business with his uncle and he bought him out about a year ago. He provides a quality product for a reasonable price. We are very happy to support his business. We didn?t do a lot of price checking because we felt it was more important to get a quality product. We felt we were in the safest hands with someone we trusted. His prices were fair. Any delays were beyond his control, such as getting the building inspector out.
Description of Work: We used Ben Morton Builder to refinish part of our basement. He did a kitchen in January and is currently working on a mudroom.
