They did make all of the corrections needed and paid for the extra services.

I have built one home previously and substantially renovated another. I am also in the real estate development business and have dealt with numerous general contractors. It is no exaggeration for me to say that Arundel Homes was by far the best I have ever dealt with. Lee, Tracy, their staff and subs were all prompt, professional, extremely competent and truly wanted (and did) to make the home building experience pleasant and rewarding. They went the extra mile all the time and I can't recommend them enough.
