 + -1 moreDean arrived on time and did a complete 2 hour home inspection, indoors and out, he went on the roof and checked under the trailer, he took a lot of photos and seemed to do a complete and thorough job. When he was finished, he went over all his findings with me and provided me with a very comprehensive and detailed assessment. Dean has sent me a link to view the full report complete with pictures and will also send me a CD with all the material. The whole cost was $300.00, (we did not do any water testing as it is water provided by the park) and well worth every penny. I certainly would consider using his services again in the future. A++!
Description of Work: Dean, the owner came and looked at a trailer my husband and I were thinking of purchasing. Dean promptly called me back and set up a time to perform the basic service. He did a very thorough inspection and followed up on his visit. He was very professional and pleasant.
