Eric communicated often on what I should expect, how long the job would take and was in touch each day. His team was friendly, tidy and did a great job. We'd definitely recommend.

I did a kitchen remodel that involved a complete tear out down to the bar studs. After doing electric and plumbing myself, I had Eric install new drywall. He has hangers that do the actual mounting of the drywall and he follows to do the taping and mudding. Basically, everything went according to the schedule that Eric described. Hangers were in my house less then 2 hours. Eric followed immediately to tape and Mud. After that it the same pattern of letting it dry over night, Eric returning to do another coat in the morning, then dry again, another coat, then sanding. He was done within a week from the start. The results were good and I have no complaints. Eric we professional and responsive the whole time. When I contacted him with a question (both before and during work) he responded quickly. No waiting and wondering. I would hire him again.

I called Eric from out of state to discuss the work.   He carefully explained what the job would entail.     His crew drywalled the ceilings in short order and he taped muddied and sanded the area to perfection.
I did nt know such skilled and dedicated folk still existed !!

Eric met all of our expectations, he did a great job.  The ceilings and walls look great and he even came in under budget.  He did exactly as we asked, was attentive and professional throughout the process.  I would use Eric again in the future.

Erick was knowledgeable, thorough and flexible on schedule when other contractors needed to be doing insulation, electrical or plumbing at the same time.  Excellent job and smooth surface results.  On site builders were impressed with his workmanship.

Eric was easy to connect with and we set a time for him to fix our wall about two weeks out (we weren't in a rush). He was on time when he came by in the mornings and the work looks good.

Eric was here for three days and repaired our ceiling and walls and he also textured the ceiling.  Eric's quote and time frame was exactly as planned Eric arrived everyday as planned and was able to match the ceiling perfect, he did a wonderful job and I would hire him again.

Eric at Crossroads was very inexpensive, punctual and very responsive. Returned every phone call quickly and showed up on time, every time. He estimated my job at about half of what three other drywallers estimated and said he'd have it done in half the time they estimated. He was as good as his word. Only negative is that when we went to prime the wall, we found lots of little holes in joint compound. Almost like air bubbles that had popped and exposed their pocket of air. Could have been product he used. I'd definitely use him again.
