They have done several things in my house at different times. The work was satisfactory but the plumber that they had was less than satisfactory. I also complained to the company about him. The gentleman cursed and was very offensive. He was very bizarre. I didn?t want him back in the house when I realized that he would come out to fix another plumbing problem that we had. I did have other plumbers do some work for me when I redid my kitchen. However, I wasn?t around at that time and there were some foremen who were checking everything. My experience with that one plumber was horrible. I would use the company again but not that plumber.

He was excellent! He did a very good job. He gave me a 10% coupon for my next call as well! They even sent me a letter to thank me for calling them. He cleaned up very well behind himself. His secretary even called me when he was going to be an hour or so late. She even gave me the chance to reschedule.

They arrived promptly, explained to me how it will be done and completed it in one day. During the work I overheard some swearing but overall the quality of the work was excellent. It's been 2 years since the work and I have not had any plumbing problems with the upstairs.

United Plumbing and Heating came very promptly and did the work very efficiently. This is one of the best plumbing companies around. Since we bought a warranty on all major repairs, we don't have to pay for their service.
