Architectural Service
We had contacted Richard to do the renovation project. He had completed the plans and went to great lengths to show us work he had done to other properties. He has not called or come by in a while now. We have tried calling him and he always had something else that he was doing. He has not billed us for the plans and we will not hire him for the project.
