Pressure Washing, Tree Service + 2 more
Firm is professional to deal with, but my talks with it didn't always translate into quality work actually done by its crews. Tree trimming was done very well and I was happy with the small landscaping work they did for me. Pressure washing was done well, but only after a callback complaint. The concerns I've had are the length of time it takes to get a response or to get work done, and its ability to get it done right the first time. I ended the service today for 2 reasons: 1.) I authorized service in April for work that is still not completed here in mid-August. Crews have been out three times and never did get pine needles raked up in the back yard. Other work WAS done to my satisfaction. 2.) Secondly, my lawn was decimated by grub infestation. Natural Image was out every week to mow but failed to recognize or suggest treatment remedies for this, and I now facing a reseeding job. The company would be fine if it were a bit more responsive, timely, and did things right the first time.
