Excellent. We are getting a punch list done in order to list our house for sale. Scheduling was easy as Jeremiah was flexible with timing. He was also punctual, professional & knowledgeable. He used a scoping camera to trace wire route and then explored attic wiring. He was able to confirm dead wiring and in the process found two fire hazards... Another electrician had recently installed an upstairs hallway fixture without properly grounding it and left also the wire unsecured. Jeremiah alerted me to this and corrected the issue. We also discovered that the metal casing on the wiring to the attic fan was severed. After repairing that, he discovered that the fan itself was seized (2nd potential hazard). We got the replacement motor from Home Depot and he replaced that as well. Great experience - 3 problems solved... Hire him for your next repair!

After the home inspection, we contacted Lehman Industries to address the issues in the home inspection including plumbing, electrical and carpentry. Jeremiah gave us a quote within a few days and completed the work very quickly. When there were issues with another contractor's work, Jeremiah fixed the issues within a day. Jeremiah's efforts allowed us to sell our house with no issues despite being located several time zones away. I highly recommend the Lehman Industries for all your renovation needs.

Lehman Industries LLC provided prompt and very professional remediation work at a very reasonable price. We were thrilled with the results. While they were fixing the mold problem, they discovered several other problems (like the sump pump) which they fixed at minimal additional cost.
