 + -1 moreI contacted Frampton Home Improvements at the recommendation of one of his competitors who did not perform the type of work I needed. I left multiple messages over a week and a half period, and the provider did not have the courtesy to return the phone calls. Don't waste your time.

 + 0 moreThe day of the service, Tj and his associate from Frampton Home Improvements arrived early with all the necessary materials and tools. Unfortunately, I was not able to be there to oversee the repair but that did not stop Tj from going out of his way to take pictures of each step of the repair and send them to me with an explanation. During the repair, Tj uncovered that wood beneath the cladding was rotting as well so he sent me more pictures along with explanations and removed and replaced the additional rotting wood. The work was completed in one day and to this day still looks great! Tj and his associate were very professional, polite, hard working and punctual. I have recommended Frampton Home Improvements to several people and would definitely use his services again!
Description of Work: Prior to purchasing our house, a couple months before the service was performed, the inspector informed me that the wood around the base of the bay window was rotting. About a month and a half after moving into our house, I saw TJ Frampton (Frampton Home Improvements) replacing the cladding on my neighbors bay window. I approached Tj, introduced myself, and talked to him regarding the rotting wood on my bay window. Tj took some time to walk me through how the repair is performed (step by step), the materials they use (PVC instead of wood for durability and prevent further rotting) and the price etc. After seeing the quality of the finished product on my neighbors bay window and before Tj left, I had him schedule a day to complete the work on my bay window. The portion of the bay window that needed to be replaced included three sides which measure approximately 4 ft long by 3 ft high-- the three sides angle out from the house as to form a shape with similar angles to (three sides of) a pentagon. The rotting cladding was removed to reveal rotting plywood beneath, this was removed as well and replaced with new plywood. During the repair, Tj and his associate discovered an ant nest in the bay window, which they removed and sprayed for future protection.. Finally, Tj and his associate, using PVC instead of wood, replicated the design on the original bay window replaced the cladding and painted the newly finished bay window. Throughout the process Tj texted me and/or called me to update me on the status as well as sent me pictures of every step. Prior to the service, I received a very appropriate quote and during the service when he discovered further rot, he updated me with the additional costs. All in all, the price was very reasonable for the service performed!
