They are completely unreliable. The very first appt no one showed up. WE rescheduled 2 weeks later when we could schedule it and he came 1/2 hour after the time range ended. He treated the house EXTREMELY quickly and even left off some rooms until we reminded him. The second treatment was scheduled directly with him and he showed up at the end of the time range and did not spray the entire upstairs of the house and missed rooms on the main floor. We called them back and his cell phone and no one returned our call for 4 days. When the office called they scheduled another treatment the following day to complete the service. No one showed up for the treatment and we had scheduled it during the day and made special arrangements to be there. They take all your money via check up front and I think that is unacceptable for the quality of this service and the inconvenience of having to reschedule. I gave up rescheduling again because I also noticed that I have the same bugs and spiders I did all along.
I originally reviewed them as a B but now I would give them a much lower service after how they handled the subsequent visit
