They are completely unreliable. The very first appt no one showed up. WE rescheduled 2 weeks later when we could schedule it and he came 1/2 hour after the time range ended. He treated the house EXTREMELY quickly and even left off some rooms until we reminded him. The second treatment was scheduled directly with him and he showed up at the end of the time range and did not spray the entire upstairs of the house and missed rooms on the main floor. We called them back and his cell phone and no one returned our call for 4 days. When the office called they scheduled another treatment the following day to complete the service. No one showed up for the treatment and we had scheduled it during the day and made special arrangements to be there. They take all your money via check up front and I think that is unacceptable for the quality of this service and the inconvenience of having to reschedule. I gave up rescheduling again because I also noticed that I have the same bugs and spiders I did all along. I originally reviewed them as a B but now I would give them a much lower service after how they handled the subsequent visit s.

I was matched with Eco Tech as 1 of my 3 matches on Service Magic. I actually decided to switch to Angie's List after the bad experience. They didn't treat all our carpenter bee holes and actually didn't plug them up, which we found out later means they just can get re infested. They basically said they couldn't do any more treatments, but then once I gave them a bad review on Service Magic, someone else from the company did contact me and try to make me happy. They did 1 other treatment and the bees seemed to be gone, so I revised my rating to a 4 out of 5. When I noticed more bees and called them, they didn't call back. They seemed to just want to do enough for the rating.

His original response was good and the weather permitted him from going onto the roof which I understood. However, he never completed the work. There was no phone call notifying me whether they were going to be late or show up at all. They never showed up. This went on for about 3 appointments until I decided to go with somebody else.
