Kevin of Delaney Construction, LLC, is a consummate professional. He was a pleasure to deal with from the time of the quote throughout the completion of the work. He was responsive to every single text & call. He worked hard throughout the project and even battled inclement weather to make sure the job was finished in a timely manner. Also, his craftsmanship was excellent ? top notch. Kevin performed nearly all of the work himself, and you can really see the time and effort he put into the job to get even the smallest details perfect. He also had great ideas about setting up & designing the project. He is also a very friendly person who is enjoyable to be around. He even gave me some tips on unrelated small projects around the house/yard. All in all, we feel lucky to have had him perform the work in our home, and we would highly recommend Delaney Construction, LLC to anyone needing construction work performed in their homes. We cannot wait to start using our newly finished basement!
