Description of Work: APEX PERFORMS LARGE SCALE LANDSCAPING PROJECTS BUT IF SCHEDULING PERMITS, THEY MAY SIDE CONTRACT TO DO SMALLER SCALE PROJECTS SUCH AS THE CLEARING AND LANDSCAPING OF PRIVATE PROPERTY.
