Rick left the project unfinished and I had to hire other contractors to finish the job. Today I found out the due to inadequate moisture barrier installation the a lot of the siding on the addition will have to be replaced. I definitely do not recommend Rick Sanders. Additionally he charged us a lot of money in the middle of the build for extras that were represented as free. RUN when you see Mr Sanders show up.

Rick and his crew did an excellent job on our great room addition. Rick was easy to communicate with and the room is everything we wanted and more. We would definitely recommend them!

RT Sanders made a very competitive bid. He and his crew got the job done pretty quickly. Rick was easy to work with. Other than the sloppy drywall finishing (which was sub-contracted), everything was fine. Rick's crew fixed the drywall.

Rick Sanders came himself to discuss our project and was very knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed that he even brought out an electrician to look at our home as he was putting together the proposal to ensure accuracy. Good company.

Rick was very professional. He was very detailed in all our dealings. His price was very competative.

He was very helpful, went above and beyond to help us out of a tight jam. We owe a lot to R. T. Sanders. They took on a job others we afraid to handle and did it expediciously and skilfully and the end product is better then we had ever hoped.

Chosen over Marlin Long, Tri State and Mountain Masonry. We are still in the process of architectural drawings will start job upon completion. Rick listens and his attention to details and quote made him the choice for us if you have any questions call me. I will advise as job gets further in process provides references etc ..
