We have worked with Mike for years. He has done everything from complete room renovations to hanging drapes. He is a perfectionist and it shows. He always cleans up thoroughly. Very trustworthy!

A CONTRACTOR WHO CLEANS UP THOROUGHLY AFTER WORKING!  We used him in the past for painting rooms and staining a fence.  He is fast, neat, precise, and professional in his approach to a job.  The price is right.  He is very affable. 
He works solo, so I would hire him quickly for any job before someone else grabs him.

I really liked the color that he chose for our fence. He was very personable and efficient. He knows how to do his job well.

Last year I watched Mike renovate (practically rebuild) my neighbor's deck, and he did such a good job that I didn't even bother to get other estimates for my 17-year old deck. I had him replace the splintery railings, add additional stair handrails (required by current code), tighten wobbly posts, and add skirting boards to the sides of the deck. My deck has many different angles (a lower hexagonal section and a winding staircase) and Mike was very meticulous in fitting all the joints. He also routed and sanded the top boards of the railings, which had to be 2x6s to meet the height requirement in the code. The deck looks better than it did when it was first built. I am very happy with his work, and plan to use him on future work in my house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He consulted me if there was any design decision to be made, for example how much to round the edge of the top boards with his router. He is most concerned that he does a good job and that the customer is happy.
