Exceptional work. By far the best spring clean-up and landscaping work we've had in over 10 years. Rick was responsive, understood our needs, and provided recommendations. In all, his team cleaned up flower/plant beds, trimmed all trees/plants/bushes/flowers, applied mulch and weed treatment, planted some new trees and flowers/bushes, edged flower/plant beds, cut down a tree, and grinded down two stumps. All done better than I imagined it would be. But the thing that impressed me the most was the little things. They took the time to rearrange stones and rocks. They cleaned up a couple of areas that I didn't think they needed to or planned for. They were very meticulous in everything they did. Very neat and detail oriented. In all, it was obvious they cared about the work they were doing. I would and will use Big Rick's again without hesitation. We are already planning out some additional landscaping and hardscaping work.

This company is extremely professional. The work was completed beyond my expectations. They left the site immaculate. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about what they do. They took care to ensure I was satisfied with the work. Their prices are reasonable and the work is EXCELLENT!!! Would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat! They were also able to schedule the work within a few days. Hard to find companies these days that leaves the customer EXTREMELY SATISFIED !!!!

Rick and his crew are great! They were professional from beginning to end. Got the job done quickly and efficiently. Their price beat everyone's and the service was fantastic. We will use them again.

It went extremely well. A crew of 4 guys arrived on the date and time scheduled. They worked from 8am-6:15pm taking down 29 40 foot tall Leyland Cypresses. 2 days later, the stumps were removed and all debris cleaned up. I will definitely use them for future landscaping needs.

They're great.  I don't have a lot of grass but they cut it low.  I do like that they keep my lawn up to date.

They repaired everything when they were done. They filled everything in and planted grass seed. It was a whole turn key operation. They took down the tree, hauled everything away, filled everything back in and planted the grass seed, even. Their demeanor and customer service was good. They were very prompt and here on time. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. There were no complaints at all.

In April I had Ricky come out and give me an estimate for a old shed demolition..which he provided along with a cost for installing a new pad for a replacement shed...which I bought separately..Weather (rainy) continued to be a delay until early May when Big Rick and his crew came out and proceded to tear down and haul away all remnents of the old shed while one of his crew prepared
the foundation for a new shed..They did all that in one day and left the place nice and neat..ready for me to have a new shed bought in to put on the pad.I was very pleased with all his work and would continue to use his services as necessary

Amazing tree skills. I had 6 or 7 90' to 100' oak trees removed, some as close as 10 ft. from my home and no problems. They know what they are doing.

Big Rick's came out right away after calling them for an estimate. We needed about a dozen trees to be removed and do additional trimming on others. They estimated they would come out by the next week. Well, it was 6 weeks later when they finally came out to do the work (realizing that this wasn't an emergency, but we would have appreciated a call occasionally). When they finally came out to do the work, they did a great job, including hauling away all the debris. We were very pleased with the work.

The patio was made of flagstone over a crushed stone base and I thought they did a wonderful job. I will continue to use them in the future.
