Andes Pest Control

Andy is very good. He is very honest and decent. He comes from a long distance to come to my house. I have recommended him to other people and to my family members and they have really loved him. I use him every year and I also have him come if I need his service. He does the inside and outside of the house and his pricing is reasonable. I have used him for a long time, at least 10 years. The weather has a lot to do with when he comes. If it is raining, he does not come because it would be wasteful but that is not his fault.

He's reasonable and takes his time. He does both inside and out, and I've used him for years. I find him very honest, and have recommended him to family members.

He is a quick response. He is very polite. If we would ever have any problems, he would always come back. He's a very nice guy and does good work. Knows the business.

Not happy at all. Purchased a 12-yr old home in May 2005. David Andes did the pest inspection and gave a clean bill of health, no termites found. The inspection came with a one year guarantee. During the first year, we did some major remodeling and found a bad termite infestation. Called Andes in September 2005 to get treatment and got nothing but excuses and missed appointments. Finally got treatment in July 2006 no baits and no trenches. They used Cyper TC (not Termador). They continued to offer me additional annual renewals (for a fee), but I declined, why pay them more money when they've been blowing me off? It's now May 2008 and guess what? Yes, I have a termite infestation and am going to have to spend big $$ to get it treated.

They are extra careful because of our dog. They arrive when they are scheduled. They even call ahead and confirm the appointment. They leave a note if we aren't home when they come. They will come back out free of charge if there are any problems.

They took care of the problem and advised that it would not be an extra charge because I was already paying for the pest service. I had asked them to come kill the spiders, bugs, bee's etc but did not know that rats and mice were included. I couldn't be happier with the personal touch I received from their professional and friendly pest control specialists. I highly recommend their service.
