Financial Planning
Wells Fargo were very thorough and they were open in financial planning. It's not how much money you made, they make you feel like you made money as any millionaire or whatever.

Banking/Credit Unions
I am not crazy about any banks today but you have to have a bank for direct deposit and for paying your bills. I used to belong to Wachovia and Wells Fargo took it over. All the big banks are about the same; they’re about as good as any other big bank. I have no problems with the staff; they are all friendly and polite and they’re all very good at what they do. I have had no problems with my checks and I have no issues on how the computer handles my account. I get free checking because I have direct deposit. What I don’t like are the ATM fees. The bank in general gives me a good service.

THEY WERE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY ON THE PHONE AND AT THERE OFFICE WERE I HAD TO GO TO FILL OUT THE PAPERWORK NEEDED FOR THE REFINANCING STAGE OF MY LIFE.
