He fixed a damaged, leaking gutter, added downspout extensions and cleaned the gutters all around. He arrived promptly for both the quote and the job, and sent me pictures he took on the roof while he was there. My gutters were cleaned two days ago. The service rep was very nice. Unfortunately the services described when I spoke to the sales person were not completed or were improperly completed. I particular their sterile gutters were no cleaned. The downspouts were clogged at the bottoms anywhere from 6-12 inches deep. I had to remove the downspouts myself after I check the reps work. Two errors here. 1) hiring this company 2) not checking the work before paying (and tipping)
