+ -1 moreNearly a year after closing (and many e-mails) we still had not received a court certified copy of the title deed to the townhouse we had purchased. I finally went to the county clerk and paid for a certified copy of the title myself. Also the company was rude and unprofessional in the way they dealt with the seller, who happened to be our neighbor. The person we had dealt with throughout the process backed out at the last minute and had a different employee stand in at the closing.
Description of Work: The title company handled the purchase of our townhouse. We and the seller chose this option rather than going through a realtor.
