This company is the project managers that hire other companies that come in and do the work. The companies they brought in to do the work were so bad. I wouldn?t allow them to do anything else in my house. Even when trying to get the work fixed and allowing them to fix the work didn?t help. They had to come out 4 times to fix the same job.

After claiming they would be with us and quot;all the way,and quot; they showed up to check on subcontractors they hired about three times, and never showed up in the final 11 weeks. We fired them and they said they would sue to get and quot;full paymentand quot; although they never finished the work, took various short-cuts, caused a flood in our basement from improperly hooking up a water line, and never completed electrical work. They were a nightmare and would not hire these people to build a dog house.

As I mentioned before I had water damage in my basement due to a leak in the main water pipe. I had a different company perform the water mitigation. I wish I had known about Jenkins before. I was referred to them by my insurance company since the other company took forever to call me back. Jenkins Restorations was prompt in giving me an appointment for an estimate. Their project manager was really professional and managed to have the job completed without delays (a lot sooner than I was expecting). He took my concerns seriously, followed up with me during every step of the process. I was really pleased with the way the job was done but also with the customer service I received. There might be a lot of companies out there that can do the same job, but to me it is really important how the employees treat their customers and to me Jenkins Restorations exceeded my expectations.

Anthony and quot;Tonyand quot; Centofanti and his Jenkins Restorations crew provided professional, prompt and stellar service when they recently fixed our home in Laurel, MD. A water pipe in one of our bathrooms busted and there was water damage on two levels of our townhouse. At the time this occurred, I was at training in Rhode Island (I am active duty military) and my husband was in Jacksonville, FL where we currently live. When our tenants contacted us stating that there was water damage, we immediately contacted our insurance company, USAA, who referred us to Jenkins Restorations. My husband and I were nervous because we were not able to see any of the damage nor were we there to watch over the work being done. Tony was so accommodating and agreed to coordinate scheduling directly with our tenants for a smoother process. He also made sure to keep us updated throughout the process and answer any of our questions or concerns promptly. Our tenants were inconvenienced as little as possible and reported back to us that the work is done and looks great. We have seen pictures that confirm this. This process could have been a nightmare for us being so far away from Laurel, MD; thanks to Tony and Jenkins Restorations, it was not. We would highly recommend Jenkins Restorations to all of our family and friends, and especially to military families who cannot oversee the process themselves and want a company they can trust. We would definitely use them ourselves again!
