Excellent! Right from my first call yesterday, to our service this morning. These guys are PROS! There were serious needed maintenance items to be done that we were completely unaware of. The technician Terry was completely knowledgeable and saw the job through. He explained everything and had photos to let us see how desperately the system was in need of cleaning. Yikes! We could not be happier. We will be signing up for a maintenance contract with Frosty!

Where do I begin. Jerry the estimator and I have been together for over 10 years. He is honest as the day is long, and so helpful. He's an incredible human being. John was over here and noticed the volts was too high in our 20 year old compressor. He gently without any pressure notified me that we needed to take care of it. The install job was outstanding. Jason and Ray were the lead techs, they were amazing. Jason stayed until every last thing was taken care, and every question was answered after the almost 2 day install of our new 5 ton 14 seer unit. Also a shout out to Janelle, Jacob and Josh, lots of "J's" at this company, all who did an outstanding job. Also my thanks to Vickie who always goes out of her way to accomodate me. I can honestly say this is an amazing company.

We hired Frosty a few years ago. At the time our AC unit had stopped working Another company declared it dead and was eager to sell us a new one. We decided to get a second opinion. Frosty repaired it for less than $200. We have been very satisfied with them since Last inspection was in April 2018

Overall, a very good experience. Punctual, courteous and professional. Interior installation of the components was great. There was an issue with tree roots interfering with a normal in-ground installation of the condenser unit and it was originally placed on unstable top soil. I brought this to the attention of Ralph and he immediately came on site to evaluate. The issue was promptly rectified. I was impressed with the responsiveness.

I've used them for 30 years. They are absolutely the best one in the area. They are the best that you will ever find. We have had them for 30 years.

We use Frosty we have for years. We have used them for all of our homes and we have been a home owner for 40 years. We have a contract with them. We pay by contractual. They call for reminder. They are responsive. We put in a new A/C system last spring and they did a good job.

I've had really great results with them. They are an outstanding company. It's a great company. Everything they installed is in perfect condition. It took them an entire day. There were no issues. Overall, I would give them a grade as high as it can be. I would absolutely use them in the future.

They have great price point, super professional, super knowledgeable, so you can give them all "As" on everything. They are fantastic. I have used them for years. I would use them in the future.

Ralph returned my call and visited later to prepare a quote. He answered all my questions and presented certifications from Water Furnace, the brand I was interested in. A quote for two systems was provided to me within hours. I opted for the more expensive 7 Series geothermal system with more variable speed systems and options, though I'm fairly certain the less expensive 5 Series would have served us well.
The installation crew showed up at the designated time each day. They were very professional and I had no concerns as work progressed. They took a lot of pride in their work and took extra care to make sure everything fit well and looked professional. There was no hint of anyone rushing or cutting corners. Ralph was on-site a couple of times and went through everything with me, and prepared all of the factory and energy credit rebate paperwork for my signature.
The system began operating in May, so it covered the bulk of the cooling season was well as a few cold snaps. There have been no issues. The system is very quiet and has been saving me quite a bit of money over the old geothermal system.
Regrets? I should have done this sooner!

My air conditioner stopped working so I called The Frosty
Refrigeration Co., Inc.
I had called them before for a furnace check in 2012 and was
so impressed with their kindness and professionalism that I did not hesitate to
call them again.
I first spoke to a nice young lady (I didn?t get her name),
then I spoke with Vicky, with whom I recalled speaking to in 2012.  She was just as thoughtful and skilled as I
had remembered her to be.  She said that
there was a technician working near my area and that she would send him over to
us when he was finished.
A short time later a wonderful technician named Butch
came.  He immediately got to work, and he
worked hard and fast.  He had to keep
running down the basement steps to the furnace and fuse box are, and then back
up again and out to the backyard where the ac unit is.  
It took a little while to find the problem (a frayed and
corroded wire) but after he had found and fixed it, he went the extra mile and
checked the unit over and then washed off the condenser, which he said, was
very dirty and might have caused us even more problems down the road.  He was very considerate, thorough and
efficient. 
I would also like to add that back in 2012; we were having
off and on problems with our furnace.  We
found The Frosty Refrigeration Co on Angie?s list.  We called them and they sent another
extremely nice tech named Greg.  My son
went downstairs to show him where the furnace was and stayed to answer any
questions that Greg might have about what was going wrong with it.
Greg was exceedingly thorough, looking high and low. He even
got down on his hands and knees with a flashlight as he was trying to find the
problem.  The whole time he talked and explained what he was doing to my son; who was fascinated.  As Murphy?s Law would have it, the problem didn?t happen that night so we could find out what was wrong with the furnace.  Greg explained to my son how to write down the error code on the unit so when it happened again they would know how to fix it.
Aside from all of that, most of all I was impressed with his
honesty.  He could have done many things
to ?pad? the bill or claimed to have fixed unbroken things, but he didn?t.
 I meant to write a review then, but I had gotten sick and
had been in and out of the hospital with several surgeries.
I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

They showed up on time. I remember the price being reasonable. They were knowledgeable and helpful. I would use them again. I like to use people out of the Windsor Mill area and I prefer to use people in this area. There were no problems and I work well with them. They showed up on time and did what I asked. They explained in detail what the problem was. There was a minor repair and they fixed it to my satisfaction. They were fine.

TRULY a FIVE STAR PROVIDER. The very best in service. They set the bar for ALL other service providers.
