The driver of the vehicle (Foreman), decides he wants to do a u-turn on our grass. Huge loaded truck + wet grass= You get stuck!! So here it is now 5pm, the foreman walks inside and hands us a bill for $1000.00!! Truck is STILL loaded, STUCK, our yard is DESTROYED, and the guy says he is not unloading until we pay him!! Long story short, we paid, it was NINE pm when the truck was finally finished unloading and they began to put SOME of our things together (one bed and the refrigerator). PLEASE BE AWARE DO YOUR RESEARCH As it turns out, this company is NOT part of BBB as they claim to be. There are TWENTY formal complaints against them. DO YOUR RESEARCH! Check with BBB, Yelp... Anything. Don't be scammed.

Overall, we were pretty happy with the experience. We were very uneasy when we hired them as their quote came in much lower than others and we booked very last minute (a week prior) and we found it hard to believe it would be so cheap. The three men arrived towards the end of the arrival window (8AM-10AM) to begin the move and got right to work. We were told up front, that we would be charged additional for any supplies that they used (boxes, tape, etc.) on top of the hourly rate for three men (85$ per hour for all three, not individually).

The two young men were very nice and considerate and polite and did their jobs well.  

Overall this moving company did an excellent job at half the price of other companies.  The company representative made and estimate and booked the job over the phone. (It took one hour more than she guessed.)  They went over in detail all charges that were standard and any extra charges that could occur.  The men showed up on time, were professional, courteous, and hard working.  The move went fast and smoothly.  The only negative comment, which didn't happen to me, was that my move took longer than they expected which made them late for their second move.  I would recommend booking the first move of the day, especially if day light or freight elevators are an issue.

Was quoted an hourly rate over phone by Alex. When I asked if any extras were charged, was told NO. Movers arrived one hour late. When they got there, I was told there was an extra charge for tape ($3 per roll) and bubble wrap ($15 per item.) Since I had to move that day, I had to accept the charges. And because they arrived an hour late, I had to leave to go to my new home for a delivery prior to them finishing loading. When they got to my new home about 1/2 hour later, I did not realize that they had left half my boxes at the old house! It took them a couple more hours to unload, during which time they dropped a printer (I thought they fixed it) and put a bed together incorrectly. I had a hard time understanding them because the driver was Russian (his English was excellent, but he had a heavy accent) and the two helpers were Hispanic and could not understand me. After a 7-hour exhausting day, and furniture and boxes piled all over the new house, I signed off on the acceptance portion of their receipt without looking at all my furniture to see if there was any damage. Bad move on my part! As I arranged my furniture over the next week, I noticed more and more damage (dining room chairs scratched, bedroom mirror and dresser gouged, antique picture frame scraped.) I also had to hire a truck for $200 to move the stuff they left at my old residence to the new house. I am so sorry I every used this company and would NEVER recommend them.
