Moving
I had to hire them on short notice to finish up a move not completed by another company. The estimator worked with me and was able to reschedule on short notice. The move went as well as expected, the crew arrived on time and used their time efficiently. Only major downside to this company was what I considered excessive charges for extra boxes counted on the day of the move. Had the estimator explained their pricing structure more clearly, I may have been able to avoid some of that charge.
