I called the company and explained that the vinyl tile in our basement needed to be cleaned.  It had not had a deep cleaning in quite a while and had stains in some areas. Two gentlemen arrived on the day that my husband and I had requested so they could look at the floor and give us a free estimate.  The gentleman that was going to actually perform the work assessed the floor.  He was very knowledgeable and informed us about the type of cleaning that the floor would need and other information regarding the particular type of vinyl tile we had.  They were able to return the next day to clean the floor; today, in fact!  The floor now looks fantastic. My husband and I are very pleased with its appearance.  The staff is friendly, courteous, prompt and as stated earlier very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone and will use them again in the future, if needed. They also provide other numerous services.

Very well. They were prompt, curteous and accomodated my requests for not using any detergents to clean the rugs. They used steam only.

They were very cooperative and prompt. They also steam cleaned a rug. They do not use chemicals, which I was looking for. They removed all the spots and odors. They will use chemicals if requested.
