I was given information on the various bicycles and based on what I had described that I wanted to do, I was outfitted with a reasonably priced bike that has more than met my expectations. I also have returned several times with questions about the bike and each time he looks at it and answers all my questions. My issues have all turned out to be "operator error" :-) I have also been back to purchase some accessories and each time they are installed on my bike at no charge and I get pointers on riding and routes. It has been a fabulous experience and I would highly recommend this bike shop.
