Petieco Pest Control Inc

After contacting Petieco Pest Control, we set up a time for them to come
and spray both inside and outside to remedy our problem.  The
night before they came, a bat had gotten into the house.  Talk
about right timing.  When the Petieco team got there we told
them what had happened and they promptly worked on catching the bat
and removing it, while also working on the initial request.  Their
thoroughness is excellent.  They spent the day spraying into
every nook and cranny inside (including baseboards) and outside in
every area where bugs could come through.  The day was a success
and our pocketbooks were still in tact.  I might add that the
bat removal was a nominal fee.  We appreciated their courtesy
and professionalism and have since used them for a monthly
maintenance in this and other matters (mice have sometimes found
their way in, and since we have pets, we need to be careful with what is
used to get rid of them). Petieco addressed our concerns and took
charge of the brigade of critters.  Great Job!!!
When it was time to build our new home, we called Petieco Pest Control
again to do a preventative insecticide and mold prevention spray in the
basement.  We had heard about this and thought that we would check it out.
We hired Petieco Pest Control to do the job.  This was done when the wall
framing was up and before the drywall went in.  Who knew we would need to
test the effective of this process within a few years when we had a minor flood
in the basement.  After cleaning up the mess with shop vacs and carpet
machines, the basement was left to air out.  While hoping for the best,
we were so excited as the days and weeks and  months went by and there
was never any mold or mildew anywhere.  The product really worked and the 
price to do the preventative work was well worth it!!!
