The service for the initial installation was performed quickly and the price for the unit was in line with other models. In addition, the new unit has lowered our electrical costs.
I felt the service call fee was too high, especially when considering that we had just purchased and installed a new unit just the year before. In the future, I will be sure that I understand the warranties, parts, and service fees covered.

He has been really good. When our house was hit by lightning; he came, immediately, is very reliable and too quick. We have two separate units in our house; one for the upstairs and the other for the downstairs. The house is 15 years old so I had to replace one unit a couple of years ago; and, it was more expensive. I have no complaints about the quality of service and he is going to be my air condition man from now.
