Responded to my phone call within 30 minutes. Came out within a few days, assessed the problem, gave me facts to make an informed decision and then fixed it. Couldn't ask for more!

This company was hired to install a sump pump in my basement. They came unprepared to complete the job and needed to return the next day with the rest of the materials needed. They incorrectly installed the sensor arm above the water table level and had the water pumped out into my backyard causing much water collection. Three weeks after installation, water was seeping through the concrete. After repeated calls from me with no action from this company, I had to hire another company to fix the problems with the installation of the sump pump. When I notified the owner of Electric Eel of this, he forwarded a letter from his plumber, Rick, to me stating basically, they performed the work the way they said they would do and there were no guarantees or warranty associated with their work. The owner did not even personally respond to my complaints or come to my house to see the shoddy workmanship of his plumber, Rick. I DO NOT recommend them and will not ever use them again.

Rick and his helper came right away and were very professional and friendly. Rick explained what needed to be done and they worked quickly to unclog the main line coming out of my home. I will definitely use them in the future for all of my plumbing needs.

Richard and his helper arrived nearly on time and immediately surveyed the situation. After determining the design of the sink drain (mid-50s) was likely a causal factor, I asked him to cut out the old to enable a good snaking. Fortunately, the clog was near the bathroom and not somewhere downstream. after clearing the substantial clog, Richard installed the new J-trap and connector plumbing to meet code. The sink drain is working like brand new!

They were a bit late to show up, but the sewer line was cleared pretty quickly. They honored the price quoted and I am happy to be able to run water again.

They fixed the problem but I would suggest confirming price with manager before accepting the deal.

I'll give these men credit. Very nice, good quick work and to the point. Only time will tell if the job holds out until I can get the city to come look at the main and say it's the large tree growing on their sidewalk on top of my sewer line.

I wish we would have held out (not an emergency) for a reasonable price ($85 to clear trap and $125-$150 w snake, per another competitor). We were charged $195 for snake and placement of trap. We had all but cleared the problem ourselves but had a difficult time replacing trap.

They predicted exactly what was wrong. They broke up the concrete floor and had everything repaired and new concrete in less than 8 hrs.

Dan and his onsite guy Paul were very professional and prompt. Paul was able to estimate the distance of the clog from the sink at 35 feet by timing the drainage, very cool. My only concern is that for time spent the cost was higher than I'd hoped but I will use them again if need arises.
