I was contacted by the owner for any questions I had that same day. Dave was very courteous.

I called NIFO and Dave came out and took a look at our condominium community, gave a prompt quote and the board members agreed to try him out. Very glad we did. They are professional and the grass always looks great when they're done. We have had no complaints from any of the homeowners of our 11 buildings with 132 units. I would recommend them. I waited to give my review until we have had a fair amount of cuts completed. They come on a weekly basis, weather permitting.

The contractor arrived timely and quickly cut and trimmed the yard in a neat fashion Awaiting for their return this week.

Pretty good service from the time they were contacted. Grass could have been cut lower, but then I would have had to pay for raking and bagging.
